1、VIP full-time service force
At the location of the customer, WESTPAN will appoint fixed technical engineers to provide 7X24 hours service support and interface to coordinate all service matters of the customer; Baode headquarters, set up a dedicated VIP customer support team to provide higher levels of technical support.

2、Half an hour telephone response, 4 hours on-site service
During the free warranty period, WESTPAN technical support service agency will contact you by phone within half an hour after receiving your repair request to determine the maintenance matters, and on-site service within 4 hours.
